HOW WE CLEAN YOUR GUEST ROOM
All guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests.
Also, during your stay here, we clean and disinfect your room every 2 days and we take the garbage away every day.
Our housekeeping room protocol between guests
Our cleaning room protocol begins with removing all used items from the apartment such as bedding and towels. Next, the cleaner performs a full clean of the room and bathroom including vacuuming, mopping floors and wiping down all surfaces with hospital-grade cleaners. Last important but not least, our cleaner is well trained to do dry steam cleaning to the matresses, curtains and pillows.
We then perform an additional disinfecting step for several surfaces in the room, including: all switches and electronic controls, handles and knobs, major bathroom surfaces and the remote/air-conditioning controls, which we cover with single-use plastic wraps.

After the room is thoroughly cleaned, we replace the towels and make up the bed with freshly laundered linens. Finally, our housekeeping inspector verifies that the room meets the COVID-19 clean standards. Upon your arrival, you’ll have complete peace of mind that the room is clean and ready for your stay.
The swimming pool will be operating from 9:00am to 7:00pm in line with Covid-19 guidance.
